Choose the Little Green Max Pet 3860 for recurring pet accidents, drink spills and several upholstery spots in one session. Choose the corded Little Green Mini 4075 if you mostly tackle small spills and need something lighter to store. The Max Pet gives you more tank capacity and reach; the Mini prioritizes a compact design.
This is a researched comparison of manufacturer specifications, not a hands-on test. Neither choice comes with a promise that every old stain will disappear.

1. More cleaning solution or a smaller machine?
The Max Pet has a 32-ounce clean-water tank, compared with 16 ounces on the Mini. If you expect to move between several spots on a rug or couch, the Max Pet gives you more solution before refilling. That capacity difference does not establish better stain removal.
BISSELL lists the dirty-water tanks at 32 ounces for the Max Pet 3860 and 13.5 ounces for the Mini 4075. Empty at the marked fill line, not beyond it. These specifications apply to these exact models, not every machine bearing the Little Green name.
2. Extra reach or less carrying weight?
The Max Pet weighs 8.2 pounds, with a 15-foot power cord and 4.8-foot hose. The Mini weighs 7 pounds, with a 12-foot cord and 4-foot hose. Water adds to those listed weights.
For a couch farther from an outlet, the Max Pet’s reach may be more useful than the weight saving. For occasional small cleanups, the Mini may be easier to fit into your routine. Both models compared here are corded; a cordless Mini is a different product.
3. Different tools, but both need cleaning afterward
The selected Max Pet 3860 package includes a self-cleaning stain tool and pet-hair removal tool. The selected Tea Green Mini 4075 package includes a four-inch Tough Stain Tool and HydroRinse self-cleaning hose tool.
Those rinse features help with cleanup, but neither machine puts itself away clean. You still need to empty and rinse the dirty tank, clean the tool and let components dry. If you will not do that after a spill, pause before buying either one.
Check your couch before you buy
Look for W or WS on the upholstery care tag, follow the furniture maker’s instructions and spot-test a hidden area. Do not wet-extract S, X or dry-clean-only upholstery. Ask the furniture maker if the tag is missing.
These are manually operated spot extractors, not steam cleaners or whole-room carpet-cleaning machines. The Max Pet has no internal water heater. Follow each model’s water and formula instructions; do not add boiling water. You do the scrubbing and extraction yourself.
Our pick: Max Pet 3860 for recurring household spots; Mini 4075 for small spills and limited storage. Match the exact model and tools at checkout.
