Start with the space you can actually use
Under-sink organizers look simple until a drainpipe, door hinge, or tall spray bottle gets in the way. Before ordering, choose the clear space you want to organize. You do not have to fill the whole cabinet.
The short answer: a rolling caddy needs a clear lane in and out. A turntable needs a clear circle where the loaded bottles can turn. If neither shape works, use smaller bins you already own rather than forcing a larger organizer around the pipes.
Make these four checks before you choose
- Measure the clear width beside the plumbing. Include hinges, valves, the disposal, and anything else that projects into that space.
- Measure usable depth with the door shut. Then check the route through the opening, not just the space at the back.
- Check height with your tallest bottle in mind. An organizer’s empty height is not the height of the loaded setup.
- Test the movement. A rolling caddy must come forward without catching; a turntable must rotate without bottles hitting pipes. Leave access to the shut-off valves.
For a quick footprint check, cut scrap paper to the listed base dimensions and place it in the cabinet. This can reject an obvious mismatch before you buy, but it cannot confirm bottle clearance or rolling movement on its own.

Choose a rolling caddy for a clear rectangular lane
YouCopia RollOut Under Sink Caddy, 8-inch model.
YouCopia lists its 8-inch RollOut caddy at 7.7 inches wide × 16.4 inches deep × 5.3 inches high, with a listed depth of 21.3 inches when the basket is included. Amazon also shows slightly different base measurements, so allow extra clearance for bottles, hinges, the door lip, and the slight front lift needed to roll it out rather than treating these figures as a guaranteed fit.
The wheeled caddy brings supplies toward the door. YouCopia says to lift the front slightly when pulling it out. That makes the door lip and bottle clearance worth checking, especially beneath low pipes.
Choose it for a clear side lane. Skip it if the loaded caddy cannot travel through the opening.

Choose a turntable for a clear circular patch
YouCopia SinkSuite Turntable. Its footprint is 12 by 12 inches and its empty height is 3.3 inches. It has movable dividers and turns a full circle to bring items within reach.
It belongs beside the plumbing, in a clear patch where both the base and the bottles can rotate. It does not have a cutout to wrap around a pipe. Do not choose it just because the cabinet measures 12 inches across.
Choose it when rotation solves the reach problem. Skip it when a pipe interrupts the turning space.

When buying nothing is the better answer
Empty the cabinet and put back only what belongs there. Group daily supplies in an existing washable bin and keep the things you reach for most near the front. If that fixes the problem, stop there.
If there is dampness or a leak, deal with that before adding storage. Keep cleaners in their original containers, follow their storage directions, and do not move plumbing to make an organizer fit.
The decision
Clear lane and room to pull forward: compare the rolling caddy.
Clear circle and room for bottles to turn: compare the turntable.
Neither shape fits, or the cabinet works after a reset: keep your existing bins.
